Leap Lab Innovations (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the NidraTales mobile application and this website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use NidraTales (the “App”) or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in or create an account, we may collect:

• Email address
• Display name (if you provide one or it is supplied by your sign-in provider)
• Authentication identifiers from Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In

You may also use limited features as a guest. In that case we may assign an anonymous device or account identifier to sync listening progress and preferences.

Usage and app data

• Stories you play, favorites, and listening history
• Language, genre, and theme preferences
• Premium or subscription status
• Device platform and app version (for support and compatibility)

Subscription and purchase data

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your full payment card details. We receive subscription status and related identifiers through RevenueCat to unlock premium features in the App.

Information you provide

If you contact support, we collect the information you send us (such as your email address and message content).

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and story catalogue
• Authenticate you and sync your account across devices
• Deliver audio stories and personalized recommendations
• Process and verify subscriptions and entitlements
• Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-party services

We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf, including:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement verification
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases (iOS)
• Google — Google Sign-In and Google Play purchases (Android)
• Microsoft Azure — AI story generation, text-to-speech, and media storage
• Render — API hosting

These providers are permitted to process data only as needed to perform services for us and are subject to their own privacy policies.

4. AI-generated content

NidraTales uses artificial intelligence to generate story text and narration. Prompts or preferences you submit for custom story generation may be processed by our AI providers to produce content. We do not use your personal information to train public third-party AI models beyond what those providers require to deliver the service.

5. Data retention

We retain account and usage data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access or receive a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Account deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account in the App: open Profile and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and listening history from our systems, subject to limited retention required by law or for fraud prevention.

Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings or via the subscription management options in the App.

Privacy requests

To exercise your rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us at support@leaplabinnovations.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.

7. Children’s privacy

NidraTales offers bedtime stories that families may enjoy together. The App is designed for use by parents and guardians who manage accounts and subscriptions. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
