Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NidraTales mobile application (the “App”) and related services provided by Leap Lab Innovations (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. The service

NidraTales provides access to audio bedtime stories, including AI-generated content and narration. Features may vary by platform, region, and subscription level. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (“NidraTales Premium” or similar). Prices and available plans are shown in the App and may vary by region and store.

• Billing: Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment terms are governed by the applicable store’s terms.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (e.g. Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS) or through subscription management in the App where available.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not control store refund decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract content or source code except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks
• Circumvent subscription, access controls, or technical limitations
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes others’ rights

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, software, branding, and curated catalogue, is owned by Leap Lab Innovations or its licensors. Stories, audio, and artwork generated or delivered through the App are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from App content except as expressly permitted.

7. AI-generated content

Story text and narration may be produced using artificial intelligence. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. Content is provided for entertainment and relaxation purposes and is not professional advice (medical, legal, or otherwise). Use your own judgment, especially when sharing stories with children.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAP LAB INNOVATIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leap Lab Innovations from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from the Profile screen. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Leap Lab Innovations in its place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
